ChannelFinder is a directory service for EPICS channels.

It consists of few projects

The Web Service, it is implemented as a REST style web service.

Client libraries: There are currently Java and python client libraries available.

Recsync: An EPICS module which enabled IOC to report its list of records to ChannelFinder.
